GAP Broadcasting - Lake Charles General Contest Rules:
The following rules are general to all contests unless specific rules are given for any contest:

*If the prize won is valued at $1000 or more, then the winner must wait for 30 days from the win date before being eligible to win another prize valued at $1000 or more.
*Potential winners must comply with all eligibility requirements.
*Only the winner will be allowed to claim the prize.
*Winner is responsible for all taxes, surcharges and any additional costs that may be incurred due to winning this prize.
*The contest is open to all listeners who reside in Southwest Louisiana. Employees, volunteers, interns and agents of GAP Broadcasting and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, representatives, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, and siblings and their respective spouses and/or life partners), other radio stations in the Southwest Louisiana area and the members of their immediate families and individuals living in the same households of such persons are ineligible to enter or win.
*Contest subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations.
*By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and accept decisions of GAP Broadcasting and the judges as final in all matters relating to Contest.
*Any prize or prize certificate not claimed within forty five days of winning will be forfeited by the winner.
*Contest prizes are not transferable.
*Prizes may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash.
*Decisions of station management with respect to the contest are final.
*GAP Broadcasting reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater value, which will become effective upon announcement.
*Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant's disqualification, at the sole discretion of GAP Broadcasting.
*GAP Broadcasting is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest or in the announcement of a prize.
*Copies of the written contest rules and a list of all winners are available during regular business hours at the main studio of GAP Broadcasting, 900 N. Lakeshore Dr.  Lake Charles, LA 70601, on the station’s website or by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to GAP Broadcasting.
* Any prize or prize certificates not claimed within two (2) weeks of winning becomes the property of GAP Broadcasting.  Winner will forfeit prize after forty-five (45) days.

PRIZE PICK UP INFORMATION
·  Contest winners must pick up all prizes at GAP Broadcasting - Lake Charles between 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday.
·  Prizes must be picked up within 10 business days of the actual win date.

·  Event tickets must be picked up by 5:00pm the day of or Fri before the event.

·  Cash prizes must be picked up with 45 days after notification from the station that the check is available.

·  Contest winners must present a valid photo ID or driver's license.

·  Information on the photo ID must match information on the prize sheet.

·  A release form must be signed by the prize winner or person picking up the prize.

·  Contest winners of prizes valued at $1000 or more are not eligible for another $1000 valued prize for 30 days. (See General Contest Rules)

·  If the actual contest winner requests another person to pick up a prize (not including cash or trips) the person must have a copy of the winners photo ID or Driver's license.
·  ALL PRIZES MUST BE PICKED UP AT 900 N. LAKESHORE DR., LAKE CHARLES, LA 70601
